Mobile App - For field agent
- Attendance Marking: The agent has to punch in the attendance through the App, which automatically captures the Geo location and time of login. By the end of the working day, the agent will be punching out the attendance. This takes care of the check in timings of the agents. Also, it is a mandate for starting the real time tracking of the employee.
- Messaging: During the login timing of the agent, he/she can message the manager through the inbuilt messaging functionality in the application. This help serves the purpose of communication between the manager and the field agents, to talk about the next step/process in their respective works.
- Report Creation: The agents going for the meet ups can create the reports, recording the start time, waiting time, meeting minutes, ending time, image capturing (single or multiple), which will be sent to the managers for their assessment. The report format varies from company to company and Newtel can easily reflect on such needs of its clients in no time.
- Offline Reporting: There are cases when the agents are not having strong data connectivity, or low battery levels, in such cases the reports can be easily created and submitted in the Offline mode. Once the data connectivity is back, these reports automatically sync in and gets submitted in the web module. This feature enables the data retrieval securely, without any pending details from the agent side.
- IMEI Locking: The Allbuddy Tracker locks in the IMEI number of agent's handset in his account. This means that agent can login in his account only through the original handset, not with any other smartphone. This feature has been used by many companies, but it is optional varying from client to client.
- Smooth Functioning: Since the field force tracking app is storing all the data in the cloud, it doesn't hamper the functioning of the smartphone at all. So, there are no chances of mobile hanging issues and storage. Nothing will be saved on the mobile of the agent, even the images captured in the meeting reports will be taken only through the mobile camera, and t from the gallery/files of the handset.
- Mobile Issue Reporting: In case of issues like a dying mobile battery, weak GPS or weak upload/download speed, the agent doesn't have to worry regarding updating the manager. All these details will be automatically synced in from the agent's mobile to the web module in a separate report. This way there is a maintenance of authenticity and assurance from the agent side in the work output.
